Not such a satisfying day here. We got caught in the mall parking lot in a rain storm, Apple wouldn't fix my phone (unsurprising, since it's got very tripped water damage indicators), and IKEA closed at 7, just before we got there. Then we each got 4 hours of sleep because Sophie was not into the whole "sleeping" thing last night. Stupid teeth. We did have cheesecake factory for dinner, and get some house stuff done, though, which is good, I guess.
As a preview of day -4, today I have a dentist appointment. Yuck. While you are choo-chooing away, I will probably be getting drilled. Joy.

best of luck at the dentist - ask if they have any ideas for a teething sophie...
we leave for the train station in about 90 minutes, someone should wake david up soon...
sure enough, two itty bitty holes filled - not decay, just random holes in my teeth. didn't even need any novocaine, and just a bit of drilling to make them big enough to get the filling stuff into, or something. still, i think i'd prefer to be on a train than getting fillings.
on the plus side, the dentist & his assistant were very excited about our trip...
